During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Interlibrary Loan staff has continued to process requests for electronic journal articles, book chapters and other eResources. Two additional types of requests are now available for delivery of UNCG Libraries owned materials. UNCG students, faculty and staff can use Request a Document Delivery to receive scanned PDF files and UNCG faculty and staff can use Request a Book Delivery to have materials pulled and held for pick up in the library. Until further notice, ILL is unable to fill requests for loans of physical materials. Please check our Returning Library Materials page for special instructions related returning library materials during the Covid-19 pandemic. You will not be responsible for any monetary charges in the interim. If you have additional questions or concerns, please email email@example.com (Updated on 07/09/2020)
Students, faculty, and staff who are currently affiliated with UNC Greensboro may submit interlibrary loan requests. If you are not with the University, contact your local library.
Interlibrary loan logins are identical to UNCG username and password. If you have
not activated your UNCG computer account, you do not yet have a
username or password.
When available, if the requesting patron is a student, faculty, or staff member in the School of Music, Interlibrary Loan items may be
picked up and returned at the Checkout Desk in the Music Library. Otherwise, they may be picked up and returned at the Checkout Desk
in Jackson Library.
